Hatha Flow

As a Yoga teacher, Nebular incorporates ancient wisdom and philosophy with deep awareness of the Self.

Hatha Flow classes connect the traditional asana practices with the wisdom and insight Nebular has gained through her own experiences during her yoga journey. She has a powerful way of bringing awareness to the mind-body connection while weaving in Spirit and holding a space of integrity and healing. Her in-depth knowledge and intuitive guidance allows for a deep unfolding of inner truth within her spaces.

Hatha Flow - Tuesdays 9am

Classes are held at our private studio at The Acacia Centre of Awakening. Due to this being a small space we have a limited number of spots available. Once you have booked your ticket, you will receive the location for the class.
