Life is rhythm, and rhythm is everywhere in life from hearing our mother’s heartbeat in the womb, to our own before our last breath.
Bring along your djembe (or any other drum) as we sit in a circle together as one human family and tune-in together in meditation. We all have something to bring to this circle - some may bring more complex rhythms, others may find comfort in something very simple. This is a practice of deeply tuning in to each other, to ourselves and allowing our natural energy to flow together.
